Meet Our Team

A well-run organization starts at the top. Our founding owners, President Miguel Suarez and Vice President Filomena Homem bring a wealth of experience and ideas, as well as a results-oriented approach. They actively manage all facets of the organization and are available and at your service. A.C.P. maintains high standards of excellence for all of our 500-plus-strong team members. An extensive training program is in place for new team members and updated training and orientations take place for all team members on a regular basis.


Executive Team


Miguel “Mike” Suarez, President

Mike is the President of A.C.P. Cleaning Inc., which he co-founded in 1986 with his wife, Phyllis Homem. Mike began his career in 1970 with Ogden-Allied where he spent sixteen years, first as a daily service provider, then as a supervisor and building manager. He worked his way up the ladder and received several promotions based on his hard work. Mike started A.C.P. with two employees and has grown the company to over 500. As President of A.C.P. he is personally committed to delivering excellent customer service and seamless operations.

 

Filomena “Phyllis” Homem, Vice President of Operations

Phyllis is the Vice President of Operations of A.C.P. Cleaning, Inc. Prior to co-founding A.C.P., Phyllis worked with Ogden-Allied where she spent nine years supervising facilities. Over the years at ACP Phyllis has been involved in all aspects of daily operations; including customer service, sales, purchasing, accounting and staff hiring and training. She has served as a member of the GNEMSDC’s Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee and is on the board of the Woburn Business Association.

 

Michael White, General Manager

Michael started with A.C.P. Cleaning, Inc. in 2007 and brings 8 years of management experience to his role as General Manager. Michael is responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of the business, including the development of customer service, purchasing, accounting, information systems procedures, sales, HR, staffing and quality control.

 

Jesus Ronquillo, Operation Manager

After joining A.C.P. Cleaning as a daily service provider in 2001, Jesus demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction and quickly moved into supervisory positions. Today Jesus is responsible for all cleaning operations and special services for each of A.C.P.’s customer accounts and oversees the A.C.P employees that service them.

 

 Antonio "Tony" Gomez, Senior Account Manager

As Senior Account Manager, Tony relies on his 15 years experience with A.C.P. Cleaning, Inc. while coordinating services for more than 3 million square feet. His experience ranges from direct service provision to managing services at multiple corporate campuses.

 

 

Tony Brennan, Sales Representative

Using his previous sales experience, Tony is responsible for building business relationships in order to expand ACP’s clientele in New England and beyond.  He believes that a more personal approach builds the trust and dedication our current and future clients deserve.  Tony is currently working towards his BSBA in Business Management and believes his energetic and innovative personality will help achieve lofty expectations he has for himself and ACP Cleaning.
